What is Fast Cargo Shipping?
Fast Cargo Shipping is an international transport and freight forwarding company based in Casablanca, Morocco, founded in 2017. We organise our customers’ imports and exports by sea, air and road, to and from Morocco, and we coordinate the customs formalities. We are a member of the international forwarder networks Global Logistics Alliance (GLA, Diamond level) and JCTrans (JC Premium).
Which transport modes do you offer?
Sea freight in full containers (FCL) or groupage (LCL), air freight for urgent or time-sensitive shipments, and road transport by full truckload or groupage. We choose with you the solution suited to your goods, your deadlines and your budget.
How do I get a freight quote?
Fill in our online quote form, available 24/7: pickup location, delivery location, transport mode, goods and Incoterm. The quote is free and our team replies within one business day.
I don’t know which transport mode to choose. Can you advise me?
Yes. In the quote form, choose “I’d like advice”. We study your route, volumes and constraints, then propose the transport plan that best matches your priorities.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We help you prepare the documents and coordinate customs procedures for both imports and exports. Customs clearance is carried out with our trusted customs broker, Fast Cargo Transit.
Which Incoterms do you handle?
All 11 Incoterms: EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU and DDP. The Incoterm defines whether the seller or the buyer is responsible for transport, insurance and formalities. If you’re unsure of yours, select “Not sure” in the form and we’ll help.
How am I kept informed about my shipment?
Once your quote is accepted, a dedicated agent takes charge of your file and coordinates everyone involved. They keep you updated on progress and any adjustments directly on WhatsApp.
What kinds of goods do you transport?
General cargo, dangerous goods, perishables, oversized cargo, fragile goods and industrial equipment. Describe your goods in your quote request.
What are your opening hours and which languages do you speak?
Our team is available Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–13:00 (Morocco time). Online quote requests are open 24/7. We speak Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
